What are my payment options?
You can pay in three different ways; Online, By Phone, or By Mail. If you would like to pay online please click here. (Please insert link to payment portal). If you would like to speak to a representative and directly pay online please call us at 1-800-535-2539. If you would like to pay by mail please send payments to P.O. Box 0371 Woodbridge, VA 22191-0371.
Are there late fees?
After 7 days late, there is a $50 late fee every day until paid.
Can I pay additional amounts?
Yes, you can pay more and have the additional amount taken from your next payment. If you would to apply your payment to the principal you will need to send a check to us with a letter stating you would like this payment to be applied to the principal balance so we can adjust accordingly. Otherwise, payments will be applied to the next term.
Can I set up ACH? When will my payment be taken?
Yes, please give us a call, or email us at [email protected] so we can send you the autopay forms. Your payment is taken from your account the morning it is due, if we are unable to take a payment we will notify you immediately.
How can I change my email or phone number?
Give us a call at 1-800-535-2539, and we can change any information on the spot.
Do you report to credit bureaus?
Yes, we report your payments to all 3 credit bureaus.
Can I do refinancing?
We ourselves, do not do refinancing. But, your contract with us can be refinanced.
